These terms apply when you buy a guide or tool from Belmonte Atmospheres or use this site. Please read them before you buy.

In these terms, “we” and “us” means Belmonte Atmospheres, and “you” means the person buying or using our products.
What we sell
We sell digital products: guides you download as PDF files, and tools you use in your browser. Each product page describes what's included.
Buying
Checkout is handled by SamCart. Your contract with us is made when you complete your order and receive the order confirmation email. Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout, including any taxes that apply to you.
Delivery
Your product is delivered right after payment, by download link or access details sent to the email address you give at checkout. If nothing arrives within an hour, check your spam folder, then email us.
Your right of withdrawal
If you're a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract without giving a reason. For digital content that isn't on a physical medium, this right ends once delivery has started, if you asked us to start straight away and confirmed at checkout that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result (§ 356 (5) of the German Civil Code, BGB).
If that confirmation wasn't given, the following applies.
Withdrawal instructions
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was made.
To use this right, tell us clearly that you're withdrawing, for example by email to hello@belmonteatmospheres.com or by letter to [Your full legal name], [Street and house number], [Postcode] Munich, Germany. You can use the form below, but you don't have to. You meet the deadline if you send your message before the 14 days end.
What happens next. If you withdraw, we'll refund all payments we received from you, without delay and within 14 days of receiving your message. We'll use the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise with you. You won't be charged any fees for the refund.

How you can use our products
When you buy a guide or tool, you get a personal license to use it for your own home. You may download it, print it and keep it on your own devices.
You may not share, resell, upload or pass on the files or access, use them in paid work for clients, or copy them into courses, products or AI training data. All content remains the property of Belmonte Atmospheres.
What our guides and tools can and can't do
Our guides and tools give general design guidance. They can't see your home, so the results depend on the measurements and answers you give. Please check your measurements before you buy anything.
Anything involving structure, electrics, plumbing, gas or fire safety needs a qualified professional. If you rent, check your lease and ask your landlord before changing anything that's part of the property. We aren't responsible for choices you make based on our guidance, subject to the liability section below.
Liability
We're fully liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.
For slight negligence, we're only liable if we breach an obligation that's essential to the contract, meaning one you rely on for the contract to work. In that case our liability is limited to the typical damage we could foresee when the contract was made. Otherwise we aren't liable for slight negligence.
Using this site
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. The content on this site is protected by copyright.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by German law. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live.
We are not willing or obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If something goes wrong, please email us first. Most problems are quicker to fix that way.

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms that apply to you are the ones on this page when you placed your order.
